The role

Veolia Servicios Lecam, in its energy services division, needs to hire a Boiler Operator, specialized in biomass boilers, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, to carry out boiler maintenance in various facilities.

What you'll do

Main duties:

- Operate and maintain stationary engines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, compressors, or air conditioning equipment, to supply and maintain steam or heat for buildings, ships, or pneumatic tools.

- Activate valves to maintain the necessary water levels in boilers, adjust the combustion air supply, and control the fuel flow in burners.

- Monitor boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels, and make adjustments to maintain the required levels.
