The role

We are looking to hire a Technical Office Technician in Granollers, to participate in the preparation of proposals, tenders, and projects related to the integrated water cycle sector.

What you'll do

Comprehensive preparation, drafting, and monitoring of technical and economic proposals.
Management and coordination of the technical and administrative documentation required in tender processes.
Detailed analysis of specifications, technical requirements, and conditions of tenders and projects.
Technical and commercial liaison with clients, suppliers, and other involved agents.
Collaboration in the development, review, and drafting of construction projects.
Preparation and review of budgets, measurements, and technical documentation associated with the projects.
Support to the Tenders Department and cross-functional collaboration with the various areas of the company.
Participation in the monitoring, control, and supervision of works and projects, when necessary.

Requirements and competencies

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos), Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or related disciplines.
2-3 years of professional experience in positions linked to technical office, tenders, or project management.
Previous knowledge and experience in the integrated water cycle sector.
High level of Spanish and Catalan, both oral and written.
Analytical capacity, organization, and orientation toward teamwork.

Will be valued

Experience in site management or site monitoring.
Knowledge and experience in budgeting and construction measurement software, such as Presto or TCQ.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience in the preparation of offers for public and private tenders.
Knowledge of regulations and technical documentation linked to the water sector.
