ACCIONA Construcción is looking to incorporate a Technical Office Technician to participate in the execution of an important building project in Barcelona.
Mission: To collaborate and provide support in the projects carried out by your unit/department, in accordance with the instructions of your supervisor, performing the tasks delegated to you and learning the basic techniques of your area of activity.
You are responsible for the execution of work contracts. You plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within the established specifications and costs. Your most common functions include: managing contracts and obtaining the necessary permits and licenses, preparing budget estimates, planning and defining construction phases, supervising the tasks of subcontractors and subordinate staff or workers, verifying progress achieved and the quality of work in all phases of the project, representing the company in relevant matters, etc.
