Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training: Degree / Technical Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical branch) or Higher Level Vocational Training in Air Conditioning / Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the industrial sector, preferably in air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, or industrial refrigeration.
Technical skills:

Regular use of HVAC equipment selection and dimensioning software.

Ability to interpret hydraulic/refrigeration technical plans and diagrams.

Competencies: Technical rigor, problem-solving orientation, and good communication skills with clients and suppliers.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Air Handling Units (AHUs) is highly valued.

The role

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the After-Sales Director, you will assume technical office management for offers, projects, and support:

Technical study and selection: Analyze specifications, plans, and technical reports from installers and engineering firms to dimension and select the ideal equipment (heat pumps, AHUs, fan coils, chillers, etc.) using manufacturer software.
Preparation of offers and documentation: Prepare technical-economic quotes and compile technical dossiers (product data sheets, schematic diagrams, CE certificates, and Ecodesign/ErP directive).
Spare parts management (after-sales): Identify exact references through exploded views and prepare quotes for replacement parts for equipment already installed.
Resolution of technical inquiries: Advise installers on regulations (RITE), consumption, schematic diagrams, and compatibilities (control systems, thermostats, and units).
Continuous technical liaison: Daily coordination with both suppliers/manufacturers and clients and installers to resolve technical incidents.
