Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training: Technician in Assembly and Maintenance of Refrigeration, HVAC, and Heat Production Installations, electrical and automatic installations, or professional experience and/or an equivalent qualification (such as professional certificates).
Residency in Lanzarote is essential.

Nice to have

Thermal installations in buildings installer license (RITE)
Electrician installer license
Certificate accrediting competence for the handling of equipment with fluorinated refrigerant systems of any charge.
Course for the hygienic-sanitary maintenance of installations with risk of legionella.
Basic Occupational Risk Prevention course.
Complementary knowledge in the following areas:

*Low, medium, and high power cooling equipment
*Burners of different fuel types
*Regulation, HVAC, heating, domestic hot water, etc. systems

Electricity and plumbing
Hydraulic systems
Electric and oxy-acetylene welding

OSH training: collective agreement training, working at heights, elevating platforms, etc.

Veolia servicios Canarias, in its energy services division, needs to hire a Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC for Technical Assistance work in Lanzarote.

What you'll do

The execution of preventive, corrective, and conductive tasks in both HVAC and electrical installations of different buildings: AHU networks, DHW and FHC networks, cooling towers, hot water production boilers, refrigeration plants, heat pumps, air conditioners, ventilation and primary air treatment networks, electrical installations, etc.
