Personally direct the work of the operating staff with perfect knowledge of the tasks they perform, being responsible for their performance;
act on water supply networks, production and distribution facilities, and sanitation networks;
plan and distribute the work to be executed by the service to the staff on a daily basis;
control the cleaning tasks of sewage networks using high-pressure equipment.
