Requirements

What we're looking for

Training: Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or thermal installations.
Valuable accreditation: Official Boiler Operator license (valuable/necessary for pressure equipment).
Experience: Previous experience in industrial plants, preferably with steam, thermal fluid, or biomass boilers.
Key skills: Operational autonomy, teamwork, analytical capacity, rigor in occupational risk prevention (ORP), and a clear customer orientation.

The role

The position would be framed within the field of Energy 💡, where we seek to improve efficiency and reduce consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities.

What you'll do

Maintenance Plan: Execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedules both in the biomass plant and in other assets and auxiliary facilities of the client.
Troubleshooting: Basic electromecancial diagnosis and emergency repair in the event of unscheduled shutdowns or technical dysfunctions.
Continuous industrial operation: Maintenance of the operational stability of the biomass plant and thermal equipment in a demanding industrial environment.
Boiler water analysis: Sampling, analysis, and interpretation of the physicochemical parameters of the feed water and boiler water (pH, hardness, conductivity, chemical product dosing) to prevent scaling or corrosion.
Main fuel management (Biomass): Control of reception, storage, feeding, and fuel quality (moisture, granulometry) to ensure efficient combustion.
KPI Monitoring: Periodic review and monitoring of the main key performance indicators (KPIs) for thermal production, pressures, temperatures, and consumption.
Plant reports: Preparation and recording of the daily operation report, indicating operating parameters, deviations, fuel consumption, and incidents.
Communication triangulation: Acting as an operational link and fluid communication channel by constantly triangulating between CLIENT – IMARTEC – VEOLIA BIOMASA, ensuring transparency regarding incidents, scheduled maintenance, and service status
