About the role

The position falls within the water sector at Aquatec. We are currently looking to add:

💼 Hydrogeology Project Specialist for our offices at Ciutat de l'Aigua (Barcelona). 📍

The role's mission is to lead and coordinate the execution of hydrogeological projects, ensuring their proper planning and development.

What will you do? 

What you'll do

  • Preparation of technical reports and project reports.
  • Supervision of fieldwork and sampling campaigns.
  • Interpretation of hydrogeological data and water quality analysis.
  • Design and monitoring of wells and piezometers.
  • Coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Budget preparation and cost control.
  • Use of specialized software such as MODFLOW, FEFLOW, or GMS.
  • Management of permits and administrative authorizations.
  • Environmental impact assessment in hydrogeological aspects.
  • Participation in technical meetings with clients.
  • Monitoring and control of project schedules.
