Requirements

What we're looking for

A profile is required with at least 2 years of experience in the described functions, who is results-oriented, autonomous in their daily work, and possesses leadership and team management skills.

- Education: Vocational Training (FP) in Electricity/Mechanics/Industrial Refrigeration/HVAC and/or similar.

- Experience in maintenance contract management: control of periodic inspections, proposals for facility improvements, preparation of budgets, hiring of subcontractors, client relations, and management of technical personnel, etc.

- Knowledge of CMMS tools.
