The role
What you'll do
Among its main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Study, analysis, and design of heating and air conditioning installation projects.
- Preparation of budgets for heating and air conditioning installations.
- Site layout for installations.
- Negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Manage the human and material resources necessary for the execution of the works.
- Monitoring and control of costs.
- Collaboration with drafting in the development of execution plans.
- Providing technical support to the site supervisor.
- Planning, management, supervision, and execution of assigned projects.
Knowledge
- In heating, ventilation, electrical, boiler, control, and regulation installations.
- Familiar with work certificates and measurements.
Advanced computer skills in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, …)
- Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet…)
- AutoCAD and Revit.
- Navision
- Budgeting software (Presto, etc…)
- Project planning software (Project)
