Main duties

What you'll do

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, heating systems, and refrigeration production.
  • Supervision and operation of technical rooms, thermal substations, and production equipment.
  • Inspection of chillers, heat pumps, boilers, air handling units, fan coils, pumps, valves, and hydraulic networks.
  • Diagnosis and resolution of electrical and electromechanical faults in the facilities.
  • Verification of operating parameters, consumption, temperatures, pressures, and alarms.
  • Working on electrical panels, switching, and control of low-voltage installations.
  • Support with minor plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance repairs.

Training: Higher/Vocational degree related to maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, industrial refrigeration, climate control, or similar.

Experience in technical facilities maintenance, preferably in hospitals, public buildings, industry, or large facilities.

Knowledge of:

  • Low-voltage electrical systems.
  • HVAC systems.
  • Refrigeration production.
  • Heat production.
  • Hydraulic and electromechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with tools and measuring equipment.
  • RITE certificate and occupational risk prevention training (60 hours) considered a plus.
  • Boiler operator certificate (highly valued).
  • Availability to work shifts (mornings and afternoons) and on-call duty every 5 weeks.
  • A responsible, resourceful individual with strong teamwork skills.
