The role

What you'll do

Supervise and take charge of the correct maintenance of our hotel or laundry facilities, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and compliance with current legal regulations. The position involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the corresponding unit according to the candidate's specialization, in accordance with the instructions set by the Supervisor or Area Manager.

- Supervise and ensure the good state of conservation of the assigned facilities (hotel or laundry).

- Manage the prioritization of technical incidents, ensuring compliance with the order of urgency.

- Perform maintenance and repair of specific machinery and equipment according to the area (laundry machinery or hotel facilities: electricity, mechanics, plumbing, carpentry, swimming pools, image and sound).

- Coordinate and communicate constantly with supervisors and area managers.

- Request and manage the provision of materials and spare parts necessary for the correct development of tasks.

- Detect and report the inadequate use of facilities and machinery.

- Manage and control the inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials.

- Ensure the correct execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work.
