The role

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos de frío, climatización e instalaciones eléctricas.
- Supervisar y mantener sistemas de climatización (calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado).
- Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento eléctrico, como revisión de cuadros eléctricos, cableado e instalaciones en general.
- Diagnosticar y reparar averías en sistemas frigoríficos, de climatización y eléctricos.
- Realizar mantenimiento general en la maquinaria e instalaciones del edificio asignado, atendiendo cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir.

- Medir y controlar la calidad del aire y la eficiencia de las instalaciones.
