Contractual advisory: Drafting and negotiating commercial distribution and service provision contracts with third parties (technology providers, software contracts, marketing agencies, contact centers, commercial collaborators, procurement, training providers, non-disclosure agreements, travel agencies, etc.); external installers/maintenance providers and leases (commercial office network).
Commercial collaboration and strategic alliance contracts: Negotiation and formalization of commercial contracts, such as commercial partners, referrers, key accounts, potential commercial alliances with third parties, etc.
Legal support and advisory to all business areas of the company
Departmental mailbox management: Interrelation and resolution of issues between the different areas of the company, validation of documentation relating to contractual modifications for clients, etc.
