The role
As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to add a Legal Counsel EPC to our team.
What you'll do
Provide comprehensive legal advice to the company, ensuring regulatory compliance and the correct interpretation and application of laws, regulations, and internal policies. Support strategic decision-making through legal risk analysis and the preparation of legal documents.
Provide legal support on specific renewable energy projects.
Provide legal advice to the different areas of the company.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Among others, advise on construction, engineering, supply, and services contracts typical of the construction and infrastructure sector.
Prepare legal opinions.
Assist in contractual disputes.
