Incorporating an analytical and strategic profile that strengthens the reporting, data visualization and project management layer within the internal fraud analysis and investigation area, facilitating decision-making and communication with senior management.

Main Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining strategic dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
• Extracting, transforming and analyzing relevant data using SQL and other tools (Python, Pyspark)
• Supporting the preparation of executive presentations for senior management.
• Coordinating and managing strategic fraud analysis and case management projects.
• Monitoring project progress, maintenance and KPI reporting.
• Optimizing A&I processes, documenting the AS-IS and proposing and executing the TO-BE.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying patterns and trends in data that help prevent and detect internal fraud.
• Participating in cross-functional projects with international scope and high positive impact.

• Education: University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar.
• Technical Skills:
  • SQL, Access and Databases: Advanced queries (joins, subqueries, aggregations), Query optimization, Knowledge of relational database structures.
  • Power BI, Tableau and/or Qlik Sense (modeling, visualization, DAX).
  • Advanced Excel: pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, macros (VBA).
  • Data analysis fundamentals: Identification of patterns, trends and anomalies and interpretation of KPIs and key metrics.
  • Data Quality Management: Validation, cleansing and ensuring data integrity.
  • Valuable: Knowledge of PySpark or Python: for deeper analysis, automation or processing of large volumes of data (Libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
  • Office automation knowledge (PPT, Access, Visio).
