What we're looking for

Experience as a Business Data Analyst or Reporting Specialist in analytical environments.
Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools: SQL, SAS Enterprise Guide, Power BI, and SAS Visual Analytics.
Knowledge of data quality processes and information validation (data quality and data reconciliation).
Experience in customer segmentation and marketing/CRM campaign analysis.
Ability to develop strategic and operational reporting oriented toward the business.
Skill to identify and resolve data-related incidents.
Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and with the ability to work in dynamic environments.

The role

What you'll do

Execution of segmentations and customer selections defined by the Lead Analyst for campaigns and commercial actions.
Analysis of marketing and CRM campaigns, evaluating key metrics such as response rates, conversion, and ROI.
Development of periodic and ad‑hoc reports for different business areas, providing actionable insights.
Creation and maintenance of dashboards in Power BI and SAS Visual Analytics, adapted to business needs.
Verification of data quality (reconciliations), ensuring consistency and integrity in analysis processes.
Detection, analysis, and resolution of data incidents derived from analytical and reporting processes.
Generation of monitoring reports for campaigns and loyalty programs, guaranteeing continuous visibility of results.
