What we're looking for
We are looking for a person with previous experience in retail and fashion sales, accustomed to working customer-facing and with a clear commercial orientation.
- Previous experience in fashion sales, preferably in retail, department stores, or premium brands.
- High orientation towards the customer and the achievement of objectives.
- Commercial profile and ability to work with KPIs.
- Organizational capacity and autonomy in daily tasks.
- Availability to work 24 hours per week with rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
Nice to have
We will especially value a dynamic and proactive attitude, ability to work in a team and orientation to results, as well as interest in the product and in offering an excellent shopping experience.
- English level is a plus.
Education & certifications
- Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The role
TIMBERLAND, a renowned international fashion and outdoor brand belonging to the VF Corporation group, is looking to hire a Sales Associate for 24 hours per week for its point of sale located in department stores in Málaga.
We are looking for a person passionate about fashion, product, and, above all, providing an excellent customer experience.
You will be part of a dynamic and commercial environment, in which you will have an active role both in customer service and loyalty as well as in achieving sales objectives and ensuring the correct operation of the point of sale.
What you'll do
- Personalized attention and customer advice.
- Active selling and orientation towards achieving objectives.
- Monitoring of the main commercial KPIs.
- Knowledge and presentation of Timberland products.
- Replenishment and maintenance of product in store.
- Reception, organization, and control of merchandise and warehouse.
- Maintenance of the brand's Visual Merchandising standards.
- Collaboration with the team to achieve the commercial objectives of the point of sale.
How you'll work
- Morning shift: mainly Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with time slots between 10:00 and 21:00, depending on the day.
- Afternoon shift: mainly from Monday to Saturday, with start times between 16:00 and 17:00 and end times between 21:00 and 22:00, depending on planning.
The specific distribution of the schedule may vary depending on the planning and needs of the point of sale.
