This position is critical to ensuring sustainable regional access and will play a key role in driving long-term success, future innovation, and portfolio competitiveness in Spain.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and adaptation of regional value propositions, economic models, and evidence generation plans.
- Drive the integration of products into regional information and healthcare prescription systems, ensuring their inclusion in prescription systems and hospital pharmacotherapeutic guidelines.
- Act as a key access partner with payers, health authorities, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal access results.
- Define and optimize regional business models and access pathways aligned with the needs of the local healthcare system.
- Provide expert knowledge to brand and portfolio discussions from a regional market access perspective.
- Act as a senior market access partner for medical, regulatory, legal, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring strategic alignment and impeccable execution.
