We are looking for a person to join our team in the position of Mold Fitter

What you'll do
In coordination with the Department Manager, the main functions to be performed will be:
• Check the measurements and condition of the molds used in manufacturing, using the appropriate tools for this purpose.
• Perform analysis of the molds and identify defects in order to repair them, completing the associated documentation.
• Carry out welding, adjustment, and grinding operations, as well as recovering the original profiles of the molds in the overloaded areas.
• Ensure that all mold material necessary for manufacturing is in the required condition during shifts and holidays, performing the associated activities to this effect (repair, remove, clean, lacquer, and replace) using the most appropriate machine tool for each type of repair.
• Repair or adjust neck molds when necessary, whether due to an accumulation of tasks or the absence of the operators who usually do so.
• Notify their direct supervisor when any abnormality is detected in the operation of the process under their charge.
• Guarantee the cleanliness and order of their workstation, as well as their work tools, requesting the necessary means and resources from their direct supervisor.
• Guarantee their safety and that of their colleagues through compliance with established safety regulations and the use of protective clothing, requesting their superior to replace those that are not in good condition
• Guarantee compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Prevention Standards in their area of operation, and notify their direct supervisor of any detected abnormality.
• Perform all activities delegated to them according to their professional competence.
