What we're looking for

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • A Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Talent Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in generalist HR roles, HR administration, recruitment, talent management support and/or HR project coordination.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems, databases and people-related information.
  • Professional level of English.Availability for occasional travel. 

Nice to have

You will stand out if you bring:

  • Previous experience in generalist HR roles, HR administration, recruitment, talent management support and/or HR project coordination.
  • Experience within an international and/or industrial environment.Knowledge of SAP or other HR Information Systems.
  • Exposure to HR digitalisation, automation or AI-related projects.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and creating positive employee experiences.

The role

The Challenge
Based in Llodio in the Headquarters, you will work in an international environment, collaborating with HR leaders, managers and employees across different Business Units and supporting a wide range of corporate HR initiatives at Group level.

This role offers significant exposure to multiple HR disciplines and provides an excellent platform for professional growth within a global organisation.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of key HR processes and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, talent programmes, onboarding processes and development initiatives.
  • Preparing HR reports, analytics and workforce information to support decision-making.
  • Maintaining HR systems, databases and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
  • Supporting corporate HR projects, policies and transformation initiatives across the Group.
  • Collaborating with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of people-related initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve, standardise and digitalise HR processes, including the adoption of new technologies and AI solutions.
  • Promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
