What we're looking for

This role is for you if...
You have a Senior OSH Technician degree (this is essential!).
You are genuinely "people-first": You have a vocation for service. You know how to listen, communicate clearly, and empathize with an operator, a middle manager, or an executive.
You are proactive and autonomous: You anticipate, propose improvements, and manage your schedule responsibly.
You are dynamic and you like ambition (healthy): You want to grow and be part of a leading project that is transforming the sector.
You are driven by purpose: You see your work as a real opportunity to improve people's lives.
Driving license B, availability to travel.

The role

At Vitaly, we feel that work can (and should) be a source of well-being. We live our vocation of being architects of healthier, safer, and more human work environments.
With more than 25 years in the sector and a leading infrastructure throughout the national territory, our true size is measured by impact: contributing to the well-being of people.
We want a professional who sees beyond regulations and paperwork. Someone who understands that true prevention is not in a report, but in connecting with people and inspiring safe behaviors.
Your challenge will go beyond technical assessment; you will become a strategic "partner" for your clients. You will be their trusted voice to transform prevention from an obligation into a human advantage, creating spaces where care is tangible and real.

What you'll do

You will be based at one of our client companies, where you will perform, among others, the following functions:

- Perform the coordination, control, planning, projection, and budgeting of the Occupational Health and Safety process.

 - Structure and schedule health prevention activities (preventive and occupational medicine, absenteeism, accident rates, diagnoses of epidemic diseases, among others).

 - Responsible for designing and executing the emergency plan

- Guarantee the design, implementation, and updating.

- Coordinate the implementation and development of the Surveillance System

- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety policy and internal regulations.

- Comply with what is established in the organization's Management System, and continuously improve processes.
