Requirements

Basic technical knowledge in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations.

What you'll do

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of solutions based on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
Define integrated data architectures by connecting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Execute and optimize complex queries, as well as design transformations and data models within Data Cloud.
Integrate different data sources through APIs and ETL processes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (data, business, marketing, technology) to ensure solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead technical teams, facilitating decision-making and ensuring best practices.
Guarantee the quality, governance, and scalability of data solutions.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in the data ecosystem.
