  • Lead and develop a global BSS Engineering and Product team, including engineering managers, product owners, platform leads, architects, and delivery specialists
  • Run an effective operating cadence across roadmap planning, delivery governance, platform health, stakeholder prioritisation, risk management, and product delivery progress
  • Build organisational capability through hiring, succession planning, team structure design, globally distributed delivery, and practical AI enablement across engineering and product ways of working.

What you'll bring:

Required

  • Senior BSS engineering and product leadership experience in global telecommunications, CPaaS, cloud communications, or enterprise SaaS
  • Deep BSS domain expertise, including platforms such as Amdocs, Oracle Communications, CSGi, NetCracker, Zuora, Optiva, Salesforce CPQ, or equivalent
  • Experience leading BSS platform delivery, including migrations, integrations, data improvement, release planning, and API-led or cloud-native architectures where appropriate
  • Strong product ownership capability, with experience translating commercial, finance, regulatory, operational, and customer needs into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes
  • Experience leading geographically distributed engineering, product, architecture, and delivery teams in a matrixed environment, with a track record of using AI, automation, or data-driven tooling to improve productivity, quality, and platform outcomes.

Experience we consider a plus

  • Experience in CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or Tier 1/Tier 2 telecommunications
  • Experience with API monetisation, partner billing, usage-based charging, subscription management, or digital self-service.
