The role
As an intern in Training you will support the Global Training team in providing solutions for power plant personnel in the national and American sector.
You will report to the Innovative Training manager and be located at San Sebastián de los Reyes with a hybrid work schedule (remote and in-office). The program duration will be of 6 month, starting in september. Paid internship. You will be eligible to receive course credit.
What you'll do
- Develop advanced training material.
- Project management support.
- Content review.
- Use advanced training tools.
- Simulation design.
- Develop functions of both Training and Operation Consulting and Technical Support to electric power generating plants.
