Due to the strong growth in our Building | WSP area, we want to incorporate into our Advanced Manufacturing team in Madrid an Architect or Engineer with solid experience in the development of industrial building projects to lead the design, planning, and coordination of complex projects under BIM methodology.
Among your main responsibilities will be the design and planning of industrial building projects, actively participating in all phases of project development. You will be responsible for the management, coordination, and supervision of projects under BIM methodology, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, quality, and established deadlines.
You will also effectively coordinate the various teams and disciplines involved, guaranteeing the technical viability of the adopted solutions. Additionally, you will participate in construction supervision performing Site Supervision functions, as well as in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and other administrative documents necessary for the correct development of the projects.
We are looking for a professional with a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent, who has at least 10 years of experience in the development and management of building projects. It will be essential to provide previous experience in industrial building projects and to be familiar with working under BIM methodology.
We will especially value the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and ensure the correct integration of the different engineering and architecture disciplines.
Additionally, a B2 level of English is required to allow for functioning in international work environments.
We will especially value specific training in Project Management and experience in collaborative design and construction environments for industrial facilities.
