Project Manager

An official university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications, Civil, Energy, or equivalent branches) is required.

You must have a consolidated minimum experience of between 3 and 5 years as a Senior profile in project management.

Advanced mastery of the Excel tool is required, as well as the use of project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.

Previous experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, and direct relationship with clients is necessary.

Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, or control and security systems is preferable.

It is key to possess technological knowledge in BMS systems such as Schneider Constructor EBO, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls.

Applications with excellent transversal competencies (soft skills) will stand out: leadership, structured communication, adaptability, and decision-making under pressure.

Possessing a Master's in Project Management or agile methodologies (Scrum) will be very positively valued, although having a PMP certification is not an exclusive requirement.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects, ensuring at all times compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and the company's operational objectives.

You will define the scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as develop the schedule and estimate the project budget.

You will lead multidisciplinary technical teams and ensure fluid communication between the various departments involved, such as engineering, operations, finance, and human resources.

You will constantly monitor project progress to identify possible deviations and quickly apply the necessary corrective measures.

You will carry out exhaustive economic management including budget control, resource optimization, and the management of certifications, invoicing, and costs.

You will be in charge of selecting, coordinating, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontracted companies.

You will maintain direct and professional communication with clients, whether they are large companies or public administrations.

You will identify technical, economic, and operational risks, designing effective contingency plans. You will ensure strict regulatory compliance regarding technical matters, occupational risk prevention, and current legislation.
