Engineering & Construction Manager (Power & Energy)

We want to bring a Manager onto our team to lead the development of strategic relationships with contractors in the electrical sector, with the aim of generating new business opportunities, especially during the detailed engineering phase following basic engineering.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the technical management of construction engineering projects in high and medium voltage, bringing solid experience in design, supervision, and execution.

Your main duties will include identifying and generating business opportunities with EPC contractors and construction companies in the electrical sector, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with leading contractors in infrastructure projects, participating in technical and commercial meetings to present the company's capabilities and identify new opportunities, collaborating with the commercial team in preparing technical proposals and bids, representing the company at trade fairs, industry events, and visits to key clients, identifying market needs and proposing adapted technical solutions, coordinating and supervising the development of detailed engineering for high and medium voltage projects, ensuring the technical quality of deliverables and compliance with applicable regulations (REBT, IEC, IEEE), and providing technical support to the construction and supervision team during project execution.

We are looking for a profile with a degree in Industrial Engineering with a Master's degree specializing in Electricity, Industrial Technical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with more than 15 years of experience in high and medium voltage projects, solid knowledge in the design of power lines, substations, and transformer centers, mastery of applicable technical regulations: REBT, IEC, IEEE, UNE, proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT (experience in BIM environments will be valued), experience in project management with tools such as MS Project, ERP, and collaborative platforms, and a C1 level of English.

Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a Manager que lidere el desarrollo de relaciones estratégicas con contratistas del sector eléctrico, con el objetivo de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, especialmente en la fase de estudios de detalle posteriores a la ingeniería básica.

Además, serás responsable de la dirección técnica de proyectos de ingeniería de construcción en alta y media tensión, aportando una sólida experiencia en diseño, supervisión y ejecución.

Entre tus funciones principales estarán identificar y generar oportunidades de negocio con contratistas EPC y empresas constructoras del sector eléctrico, establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas con contratistas líderes en proyectos de infraestructura, participar en reuniones técnicas y comerciales para presentar las capacidades de la empresa y detectar nuevas oportunidades, colaborar con el equipo comercial en la elaboración de propuestas técnicas y ofertas, representar a la empresa en ferias, eventos del sector y visitas a clientes clave, detectar necesidades del mercado y proponer soluciones técnicas adaptadas, coordinar y supervisar el desarrollo de la ingeniería de detalle para proyectos de alta y media tensión, asegurar la calidad técnica de los entregables y el cumplimiento de normativas aplicables (REBT, IEC, IEEE) y dar apoyo técnico al equipo de obra y supervisión durante la ejecución de los proyectos.

Estamos buscando un perfil con una Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial con Máster con especialidad en Electricidad, Ingeniería Técnica Industrial, Ingeniería Eléctrica con más de 15 años de experiencia en proyectos de alta y media tensión, conocimientos sólidos en diseño de líneas eléctricas, subestaciones y centros de transformación, dominio de normativas técnicas aplicables: REBT, IEC, IEEE, UNE, manejo de software técnico: AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT (se valorará experiencia en entornos BIM), experiencia en gestión de proyectos con herramientas como MS Project, ERP y plataformas colaborativas y un nivel de Inglés C1.
