About the role

We want to bring a Manager onto our team to lead the development of strategic relationships with contractors in the electrical sector, with the aim of generating new business opportunities, especially during the detailed engineering phase following basic engineering.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the technical management of construction engineering projects in high and medium voltage, bringing solid experience in design, supervision, and execution.

Your main duties will include identifying and generating business opportunities with EPC contractors and construction companies in the electrical sector, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with leading contractors in infrastructure projects, participating in technical and commercial meetings to present the company's capabilities and identify new opportunities, collaborating with the commercial team in preparing technical proposals and bids, representing the company at trade fairs, industry events, and visits to key clients, identifying market needs and proposing adapted technical solutions, coordinating and supervising the development of detailed engineering for high and medium voltage projects, ensuring the technical quality of deliverables and compliance with applicable regulations (REBT, IEC, IEEE), and providing technical support to the construction and supervision team during project execution.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a profile with a degree in Industrial Engineering with a Master's degree specializing in Electricity, Industrial Technical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with more than 15 years of experience in high and medium voltage projects, solid knowledge in the design of power lines, substations, and transformer centers, mastery of applicable technical regulations: REBT, IEC, IEEE, UNE, proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT (experience in BIM environments will be valued), experience in project management with tools such as MS Project, ERP, and collaborative platforms, and a C1 level of English.
