What we're looking for

To be successful in this position, we would like you to have:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos).

  • More than 10 years of professional experience.

  • Experience in management and drafting of linear works projects.

  • Experience in geometric definition of linear works and project supervision.

  • Ability for team management and organization.

  • Knowledge of Istram.

  • Minimum English level B2.

We are currently expanding our Transport and Infrastructure | WSP team and are looking to bring in a Senior Engineer to help us face the challenges of the future.

From this position, you will participate in the development of Roads and Highways | WSP projects, contributing to the creation of innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients and for society.

What you'll do

  • Drafting and management of road projects, participating in national and international projects.

  • Geometric development and definition of linear works, providing your technical expertise throughout the different project phases.

  • Technical supervision of projects, ensuring the quality of the work and the fulfillment of established objectives.

  • Coordination and organization of teams, facilitating collaboration between the various professionals involved in the projects.

  • Active participation in the planning, monitoring, and management of projects, combining a technical vision with management capability.

  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in the development of linear infrastructure projects of different scope and complexity.

    With the area manager and team members

    You will meet the area manager and team members to explore your technical background, competencies and how you could contribute to the team's and projects' success.

  3. Final interview

    With a Business Unit Management · Not every role

    Depending on the position, it may include an additional conversation with the Business Unit Management to go deeper into the scope of the role, the team's vision and development and impact opportunities.

Hiring process

We understand selection as a two-way conversation. Our selection process is designed to be transparent, close, and respectful of your time. Although each process adapts to the specific needs of the position, it normally includes:

1. Telephone interview: An initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition team to get to know you better and talk about your experience and expectations.

2. Technical interview with the team: You will meet with the area manager and team members to explore your technical background, your competencies, and how you could contribute to the success of the team and the projects.

3. Final interview: Depending on the position, this may include an additional conversation with the Business Unit Management to delve into the scope of the role, the team vision, and development and impact opportunities.
