Due to strong growth in our Transport & Infrastructure | WSP area, we want to bring into our Railways team, at our offices in Madrid, Santander, Valladolid, Seville, Valencia or Granada, a Railway Facilities Design Manager - PM for Railway Projects.

What you'll do

What will you do with us?
Among your main duties, you will drive the development and coordination of railway projects, providing solutions and technical designs in your area of specialization, including the drafting and supervision of construction projects for electrification (catenary, substations and feeder lines) and the definition and validation of design criteria (geometric, mechanical and electrical). You will lead multidisciplinary teams, integrating the different disciplines and facilitating decision-making, as well as managing the assigned human and technical resources. You will also be responsible for the planning, monitoring and financial control of projects, ensuring their proper execution in terms of quality, schedule and cost.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a profile with a degree, preferably at MECES Level 3, with more than 10 years of experience in drafting linear works projects, in both the railway and road sectors.

Nice to have

We would also like you to have experience in railway projects - high-speed, conventional rail, as well as track renewal and improvement - preferably as author or co-author. Knowledge of railway technical regulations, interoperability and risk assessment and management in railway projects will be valued, as well as proficiency in catenary design software, along with a B2 level of English.
