We are expanding our Building | WSP team in Madrid, Santander, or Valencia within the Construction Engineering and Structural Design | WSP area, and we are looking to bring in a student in the final years of an Engineering or Architecture degree.

What will your role be?

We want to bring into our team a student in the final years of an Engineering or Architecture degree for the Building Structures team.

We are looking for a motivated person, passionate about structures and architecture, with the curiosity to build a professional career within a multinational with a presence on every continent.

You would join the structures team, collaborating on the development of structural projects, including structural calculations, 3D representation of designs, drafting of construction details, preparing quantity takeoffs, and site assistance.

Our selection process

1. Phone interview: A brief first conversation to get to know you better and discuss your experience and expectations.

2. Technical and personal interview: You will meet with our talent acquisition team and the area manager to jointly assess your technical skills and your fit within the team.

3. Final interview: You will speak with the Business Unit Management about your potential role and how it aligns with our strategic vision.

We are looking for a student in the final years of a Civil, Industrial, Building, or Architecture Engineering degree, ICCP, or a related master's degree, with knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and a B2 level of English.

Estamos ampliando nuestro equipo de Edificación | WSP en Madrid, Santander o Valencia dentro del área de Ingeniería para la Construcción y Diseño Estructural | WSP, y buscamos incorporar a un/a estudiante de últimos cursos de Ingeniería o Arquitectura.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a Estudiante de últimos cursos de Ingeniería o Arquitectura para el equipo de Estructuras de Edificación.

Buscamos una persona motivada, y apasionada por las estructuras y la arquitectura con curiosidad por desarrollar una carrera profesional dentro de una multinacional con presencia en todos los continentes.

Se integraría dentro del equipo de estructuras colaborando en las labores de desarrollo de proyectos de estructuras, incluyendo el cálculo de estructuras, representación 3D de los diseños, delineación de detalles constructivos, obtención de las mediciones, asistencia a obra.

2. Entrevista técnica y personal: Te reunirás con nuestro equipo de captación de talento y con el responsable del área para evaluar conjuntamente tus habilidades técnicas y tu encaje en el equipo.

3. Entrevista final: Conversarás con la Dirección de la Unidad de Negocio sobre tu potencial rol y cómo encaja con nuestra visión estratégica.

Estamos buscando un/a Estudiante de últimos cursos de Ingeniería Civil, Industrial, Edificación, Arquitectura, ICCP o Master relacionado, con conocimiento de Revit, AutoCAD y un nivel B2 en Inglés.
