What will you do with us?
Within your main functions, you will lead and coordinate railway installation projects, especially in the field of signaling and communications. You will participate in the drafting and supervision of construction projects, providing technical solutions, reviewing documentation, and ensuring correct integration with other railway disciplines. Additionally, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and perform technical, economic, and planning monitoring of projects, guaranteeing compliance with deadline, quality, and cost objectives.
Due to strong growth in our Transport and Infrastructure | WSP area, we want to incorporate a Railway Project Manager/PM of Railway Systems into our Rail team in our offices in Madrid, Santander, Valladolid, Sevilla, Valencia, or Granada.
We are looking for a profile with a degree, preferably MECES Level 3, who has more than 10 years of experience in the drafting of linear works projects, in both the railway and highway sectors.
Likewise, we would like you to have experience in railway projects—high speed, conventional rail, as well as track renewal and improvement—preferably as an author or co-author. Knowledge of railway technical regulations, interoperability, and risk assessment and management in railway projects will be valued, as well as proficiency in signaling and communications design software, and a B2 level of English.
