Due to strong growth in our Power & Energy | WSP area, we want to add to our Plant Engineering | WSP team in Valladolid, Santander, or Valencia a Mechanical Engineer specialized in mechanical and fluid systems.

Your responsibilities will include the design and calculation of mechanical systems in industrial environments, covering fire protection systems, HVAC, industrial water, and process utility fluids, ensuring efficient, safe solutions aligned with the quality standards of our projects. You will also participate in the construction management of industrial mechanical systems, ensuring proper execution, coordination with contractors, and compliance with regulations and deadlines.

The role also requires a strong client focus, maintaining close communication with industrial plants to capture needs, propose improvements, and build trusting relationships that contribute to client loyalty and project continuity.

We are looking for a solid technical foundation and proven experience in industrial environments, with the ability to lead complex projects and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. To do so, a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is essential, as well as a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial projects and a C1 level of English that allows you to work comfortably in technical and multinational contexts. In addition, we will especially value knowledge of BIM MEP working environments, which provide an added benefit in the efficiency, quality, and coordination of systems design.

Debido al fuerte crecimiento en nuestra área de Power & Energy | WSP, queremos incorporar en nuestro equipo Ingeniería de Planta | WSP en Valladolid, Santander o Valencia, a un/a Ingeniero/a Mecánico con especialización en instalaciones mecánicas y de fluidos.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán el diseño y cálculo de instalaciones mecánicas en entornos industriales, abarcando sistemas de PCI, climatización, agua industrial y fluidos de acometida a proceso, garantizando soluciones eficientes, seguras y alineadas con los estándares de calidad de nuestros proyectos. Asimismo, participarás en la dirección de obra de instalaciones mecánicas industriales, asegurando la correcta ejecución, coordinación con contratistas y el cumplimiento de normativa y plazos.

El puesto requiere también un importante enfoque a cliente, manteniendo una comunicación estrecha con las plantas industriales para captar necesidades, proponer mejoras y construir relaciones de confianza que contribuyan a la fidelización y a la continuidad de los proyectos.

Buscamos en ti una sólida base técnica y experiencia contrastada en entornos industriales, con capacidad para liderar proyectos complejos y coordinarte con clientes, equipos internos y agentes externos. Para ello, es imprescindible contar con una titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Técnica Industrial o Ingeniería Industrial, así como con una experiencia mínima de 10 años en proyectos industriales y un nivel de inglés C1 que permita desenvolverte con soltura en contextos técnicos y multinacionales. Además, valoraremos especialmente el conocimiento de entornos de trabajo BIM MEP, que aportan un plus en la eficiencia, calidad y coordinación del diseño de instalaciones.
