We are expanding our Buildings | WSP team in Madrid Santander, Madrid, or Valencia and are looking to bring on a BIM Modeler.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will include developing the graphic documentation for building structure projects, both at the CAD and BIM/Tekla deliverable level, as well as coordinating the various graphic deliverables (CAD drawings, BIM models, among others) with the different departments and disciplines involved. Likewise, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of the tools required for these graphic deliverables, such as families, templates, and other work standards.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a professional with a degree related to the building field or similar, with at least 3 years of experience in modeling and project management under BIM methodology, primarily using Revit and Tekla, on architecture and structure projects. Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Tekla, and AutoCAD is required, as well as experience in preparing technical project documentation in accordance with BIM standards and processes.
