What will your role be?

In this position, you will participate in projects that require technical excellence, collaboration, and a future-oriented vision, with the opportunity to learn, add value, coordinate initiatives, lead teams, or influence decisions that make a real difference.

What you'll do

From this position, you will participate in the development of Building projects, contributing to the creation of innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients and for society.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage projects from the proposal phase to closure, guaranteeing compliance with established objectives, deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

  • Act as Project Manager on strategic projects, coordinating multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams to ensure efficient execution aligned with client needs.

  • Maintain fluid and effective communication with clients and key stakeholders, promoting relationships of trust and ensuring correct project follow-up.

  • Supervise the planning, execution, and control of projects, identifying risks and opportunities to guarantee successful delivery.

  • Act as Quality Manager on strategic projects, reviewing and validating technical documentation, plans, specifications, measurements, and budgets, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the quality standards defined by the company.

  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (C1) and availability to undertake occasional national and international travel.

  • Proficiency in BIM environments, especially Autodesk Revit, as well as knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project.
