Due to strong growth in our Buildings | WSP area, we want to add an Architect to our Transport Buildings and Public Facilities | WSP team in Madrid or Santander.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will include preparing preliminary designs, basic designs, and executive projects in the field of transport architecture; leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases, from initial concept to completion, ensuring compliance with established objectives regarding deadlines, costs, and quality; performing technical supervision and project review, ensuring compliance with current local and national regulations; and providing support in preparing bids and tenders, as well as in the architectural conceptualization of new proposals.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a profile with a degree in Architecture and at least 10 years of experience in developing architectural design projects, leading teams, and managing large-scale projects from the conceptual phase through to execution.

In addition, proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit is required, along with knowledge of construction and safety regulations, as well as experience in project management, experience managing budgets, controlling deadlines, and effectively coordinating with other professionals in the sector (engineers, builders, etc.), and a B2 level of English.
