Our Maintenance Technicians help ensure that our students have their best experience by maintaining our spaces and facilities in top condition, both inside and out.
What you'll do
- Manage the daily maintenance of our spaces.
- Comply with preventive and corrective maintenance requirements, in accordance with established service levels.
- Perform first-line repairs and maintenance tasks and provide support to specialized contractors when necessary.
- Perform manual tasks, support waste management, decoration, small repairs, and general maintenance of the facilities.
- Collaborate with the residence team in any other necessary maintenance service.
- Perform periodic health and safety checks, including those related to fire protection, risk assessments, and legionella controls.
- Contribute to ensuring the safety and correct functioning of our spaces, maintaining an up-to-date record of events and incidents.
- Support the rest of the Yugoers team in key tasks during the summer turnover period and other high-activity periods, ensuring the building is prepared for the arrival of new students.
- Support the customer service team and cover reception when necessary.
