The role
We are looking for someone with experience in software project management and technical team leadership, accustomed to working with several projects in parallel and coordinating the client and technical team on the same day, where clarity, order, and decision-making make the difference.
What you'll do
Manage several projects in parallel, ensuring pace, focus, and quality
Lead the assigned team: periodic 1:1s, performance monitoring, professional development, and onboarding new talent
Define and direct the roadmap alongside the client and team, and establish quarterly objectives (OKRs)
Lead the operational relationship with the client (follow-up, decisions, alignment)
Plan capacity and coordinate team workload, managing availability (vacations, backups, milestones) with a focus on continuity
Identify and manage risks proactively and provide real visibility into the state of delivery through KPIs, maintaining documentary order (Notion / Drive)
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain team pace, and validate technical decisions at the impact level (trade-offs, stability, technical debt)
