I'm Leyre, the recruiter for this position. I love writing and reading horror stories, but what I enjoy most is a good family meal with the people I love most. If you like seventies and eighties music as much as I do, we'll definitely connect!
I'll be straight with you: at Zurich, we're not perfect, but we're pretty awesome! And if you want to know why, keep reading.
Hello!
Maybe this is the tenth job posting you've read today, on the sofa with Netflix on in the background, or in the middle of a career change... and they all look the same to you.
First of all, THANK YOU for taking an interest in our company. We know that searching for new opportunities can be a challenge, but... don't worry, the right one will come along!
Let's get to the point! I'll try to summarize our DNA for you in 2 points :
And you might be wondering: Leyre, what will my day-to-day look like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you asked (I asked myself the same thing back then):
Right now, you are either feeling the excitement of when a pair of trousers fits you perfectly, or you are thinking: "this isn't for me" (if it's not for you, that's okay, we will meet again in the future). You can play matchmaker by sharing my contact information with anyone you think might be a good fit.
If you've made it this far, THANK YOU for reading. What did you think? Are we awesome or what?
If you felt butterflies in your stomach and think we're a good match, send up smoke signals—or your CV, if smoke isn't your thing.
And to wrap things up, do you want to know what other people at Zurich think? I'd say we're still ranked at the top in Top Employers Spain as our calling card, but I encourage you to check out our Glassdoor profile so they can tell you themselves. No tricks, no gimmicks.
I hope to meet you very soon.
