The role
"We're looking for a commercially minded Outreach Specialist to turn customer and account insight into targeted, personalised outreach that delivers measurable pipeline and revenue growth."
Want to own outreach that's measured by revenue, not clicks? Join us as Outreach Specialist and build the programmes that bring dormant customers back, turn first orders into repeat business and open doors with new accounts.
The Outreach Specialist is responsible for activating high-potential customer and prospect accounts through structured, personalised and measurable outbound marketing programmes.
The role converts customer, account and application data into targeted outreach designed to generate engagement, meetings, qualified opportunities and ultimately revenue.
Priority audiences include dormant customers, one-order customers, existing accounts with expansion potential, long-tail key accounts and strategically selected new prospects.
The Outreach Specialist works closely with Sales, Regional Marketing and Marketing Automation to ensure outreach is coordinated, relevant, compliant and connected to commercial follow-up.
What you'll do
- Account Outreach: Execute structured outreach programmes across priority customer and prospect segments.
- Dormant Account Reactivation: Build programmes designed to return inactive customers to commercial engagement.
- First-to-Second Order: Support lifecycle activity designed to convert first-time customers into repeat customers.
- Key Account Expansion: Identify and activate whitespace within existing strategic and long-tail accounts.
- New Account Acquisition: Support targeted prospect acquisition based on application fit and customer lookalikes.
- Personalisation: Adapt outreach by account, application, buying need and customer relationship.
- Multichannel Outreach: Coordinate email, LinkedIn, telephone-supported Sales follow-up and other approved outreach channels.
- Sales Coordination: Define ownership, follow-up and next actions with Sales before programmes launch.
- Lead Qualification: Ensure responses and engagement are correctly routed and progressed.
- Testing & Optimisation: Continuously test messaging, audiences, cadence and calls-to-action.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate campaign, account and engagement data.
- Performance Reporting: Measure outreach by meetings, qualified opportunities, quotes, orders and revenue, rather than delivery or email engagement alone.

Location: Av.Peinado Grande 9, Malaga 29013 Spain
Hours: 37.5 hours
Working Pattern: Full-time, On-site 3 days per week
- Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote work.
