Warehouse Operator

Requirements for the position

• Demonstrable experience in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, order picking, and dispatch.
• Between 2 and 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or spare parts management.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP or other ERP platforms, as well as scanning and traceability tools.
• Attention to detail, operational discipline, quality orientation, and the ability to work in a team.
• Vocational Training or technical qualification related to logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain.
• Fluent Spanish level and basic knowledge of English to understand documentation, systems, and internal communications.
• Valid forklift license and authorization to operate handling equipment, along with required safety certifications.

• Experience working with industrial spare parts, technical components, or mechanical equipment is valued.

Reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager of the Service Spare Parts department.

As a Spare Parts Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct receipt, storage, management, and dispatch of spare parts, components, and materials necessary to support service and after-sales operations. Your work will contribute directly to ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.

This position is on-site and is part of the Spare Parts Supply area within the regional Supply Chain organization.

You will maintain continuous collaboration with the Service, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Suppliers, and internal customer teams, ensuring efficient and coordinated material management.

Title: Warehouse Operator

Main responsibilities

• Receive, identify, classify, and locate spare parts and materials in assigned locations, ensuring their correct preservation and traceability.
• Execute warehouse operational activities in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare orders and components for dispatch, including packaging, labeling, and final palletization according to defined instructions.
• Handle and transport materials, boxes, containers, and spare parts using appropriate means, ensuring product integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform location replenishments, material movements, cycle counts, and transaction records in SAP and other management tools.
• Collaborate in resolving incidents related to materials, inventory, or shipments, contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
• Support the correct functioning of spare parts and after-sales operations, guaranteeing the availability of materials for internal and external customers.
