Job Description

Our Brand Representatives bring the in-store experience to life: they interact closely with customers, authentically represent our brand, and help create a welcoming environment for everyone. This role is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping the store tidy and well-presented.

What you will do

• Customer experience: Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate their needs, initiate interactions naturally and comfortably, and provide product support and personalized style advice.
• Sales floor maintenance: Contribute to product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales environment. This includes folding, hanging, sorting by size, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Cash operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Online orders: Create a seamless omnichannel experience by supporting "Save the Sale" orders, managing in-store pickup, and preparing orders shipped from the store.

Requirements: 

• Fluent level of Spanish
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, combining customer service with operational tasks
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Responsibility and commitment to regular and punctual attendance

The initial full-time compensation for this position is €20,132.00 per year (i.e., the full-time hiring salary range for this position is €20,132.00 – €20,132.00 per year). Initial compensation and range may be modified in the future. For clarity, our current full-time equivalent workweek is 40 hours.

• Mantenimiento de la sala de ventas: Contribuid a la reposición de producto y mantener un entorno de venta limpio, organizado y bien presentado. Esto incluye doblar, colgar, ordenar por tallas y asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de presentación. 
• Operaciones de caja: Procesar compras, devoluciones y cambios de manera precisa y eficiente, garantizando una experiencia de cobro amable y positiva. 
• Pedidos online: Crear una experiencia omnicanal fluida apoyando los pedidos “Save the Sale”, gestionando la recogida en tienda y preparando los pedidos enviados desde tienda. 

Requisitos: 

• Nivel fluido de español 
• Capacidad para crear una experiencia de cliente acogedora e inclusive 
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico, combinando la atención al cliente con tareas operativas 
• Buenas habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle 
• Responsabilidad y compromiso con una asistencia regular y punctual

La retribución inicial a tiempo completo para este puesto es de €20.132,00 anuales (es decir, el rango salarial de contratación a tiempo completo para este puesto es de €20.132,00 – €20.132,00 anuales).
