Brand Representative (Sales Associate) - Westfield La Maquinista, Hollister

Our Brand Representatives bring the in-store experience to life: they interact with customers in a close and personal way, represent our brand authentically, and help create a welcoming environment for everyone. This role is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping the store organized and well presented.

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, close, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate their needs, initiate natural and comfortable interactions, and offer product support and personalized style advice.
• Sales Floor Maintenance:Contribute to product replenishment and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well presented. This includes folding, hanging, arranging displays, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Cash Register Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive checkout experience.
• Online Orders: Create a seamless omnichannel experience by supporting online orders, managing in-store pickup, and preparing shipments for delivery.

The initial full-time compensation for this role is €20,132.00 per year (i.e., the full-time hiring salary range for this position is €20,132.00 - €20,132.00per year). The initial salary and range may be modified in the future. For clarification purposes, our current full-time equivalent workweek is 40 hours.
