Key (Supervisor de Ventas a Tiempo Parcial) - Gran Plaza 2, Hollister

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You'll Do

• Realizar rutinas de apertura y cierre.

Thefull timestarting rate for this position is€22,500.00annually (i.e., thefull timerecruiting pay range for this position is€22,500.00- €22,500.00annually).The starting rate and range may bemodifiedin the future.For the avoidance of doubt, our current full time equivalent hours are 40per week.

• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

• Availability Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
• In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Spanish, required
