Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of Retail experience, preferably in fashion or premium brands. Previous experience as a Key Holder or Senior Sales Assistant will be valued.
It is essential to have a sensitivity for the product and to be up to date with the latest trends.
And finally, to succeed in this position, you must be a person oriented towards results with a proactive sales approach, organized and analytical, but also with very 🔝 leadership and communication skills and a great desire to work in a team, offering a unique experience to our customers and taking care of details and our image. ⭐

Nice to have

Education is not critical, although it would be perfect to have training in fashion, Business Administration, or similar.

Languages

We are international! Our clientele is both national and international, so you will need a high conversational level in Spanish & English.

We are looking for the next Key Holder who, alongside the management team, will lead our Store team at CC Cañada Shopping in Marbella. As a Key Holder of our store, you will be the brand image and values, collaborating in the management of all day-to-day store operations, always with a focus on sales, while working in a team towards achieving the best results. But above all, you will enjoy the journey making history at HOFF.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day, your mission will be: 👇

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: In coordination with the Store Manager and the rest of the team, you will define a sales strategy focused on objectives, attending to peak workloads and seasons, and performing continuous improvement in sales processes.
TEAM COORDINATION: You will be responsible for making the customer's shopping experience unique, understanding their needs, advising on purchases, and identifying any incidents to resolve them.
OPERATIONAL CONTROL: You will coordinate with the central team for replenishment and stock control, ensuring the store is fully stocked at all times. Additionally, you must maintain the store's visual at all times according to established standards and guarantee compliance with guidelines.
