Product & Growth Associate

Work directly with a founder. You'll work side by side with our Co-Founder & CTO from day one, across customers, product and go-to-market.

Work that moves the needle. Onboarding, customer growth and product marketing drive our revenue and retention, and you'll be in the middle of all three. As Acai grows, so does your role.

Customers from day one. ~20 enterprise customers, including some of the largest TMCs and OTAs in the world. You'll work with them directly.

Product & Growth Associate

We're hiring a Product & Growth Associate to work directly with our Co-Founder & CTO. You'll cover the customer lifecycle end to end: getting new customers live, growing existing ones, and creating the material that explains and sells our new flagship product - AcaiDesk.

This role is for someone early in their career (0-2 years) who is exceptionally sharp, hungry and AI-native. You'll learn the whole business at once, from product and market to marketing, onboarding and support, working alongside engineering and customer success.

Onboard new customers. Get new accounts live on AcaiDesk: run the kickoff, coordinate setup with engineering, train their teams, and make sure the first weeks go well.

Grow existing customers. Find where customers can get more out of Acai. Work with engineering to build what they need next, and upsell it to them.

Create product documentation. Produce the material that explains and sells the product: documentation, demo videos, onboarding videos and training guides.
