Cloud Migration Analyst in Azure

We are looking to bring on board an Azure Cloud Migration Analyst to participate in Azure migration projects in regulated environments, collaborating closely with technical and business teams.

Job duties

• Operational support for Azure (IaaS) migrations, participating in the deployment and validation of virtual machines, networks, and storage.

• Execution and monitoring of CI/CD pipelines in GitHub and/or Azure DevOps, ensuring the correct execution of workflows.

• Management and preparation of technical documentation, procedures, checklists, and evidence for audits.

• Basic support in troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems (services, network, and connectivity).

Responsibilities

• Operating and supporting Azure environments: virtual machines, basic networking, storage, and access control via RBAC.

• Reading, executing, and validating existing automations in Terraform and Ansible, following defined guidelines and standards.

• Working in environments with high security, access control, and audit requirements, ensuring compliance with processes.

• Collaborating with various technical and non-technical teams, communicating status, risks, and blockers clearly and with data.

• Identifying dependencies, permission issues, or connectivity problems and escalating them proactively and in a documented manner.

• Using reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, or SharePoint for tracking and traceability.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Azure (IaaS: VM, networking, storage, RBAC).

• Familiarity with CI/CD and GitHub and/or Azure DevOps repositories.

• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux at a basic to intermediate level.

• Experience with or exposure to automation using Ansible and other frameworks.

• Experience in regulated environments or those with high security and audit demands.

• Skills in organization, rigor, quality orientation, and good communication.

• Azure certifications valued: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or other equivalent ones.

Work model and location The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you can create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Azure Cloud Migration Analyst para participar en proyectos de migración a Azure en entornos regulados, colaborando estrechamente con equipos técnicos y de negocio.

Funciones a realizar

• Soporte operativo en migraciones a Azure (IaaS), participando en el despliegue y validación de máquinas virtuales, redes y almacenamiento.

• Ejecución y seguimiento de pipelines CI/CD en GitHub y/o Azure DevOps, asegurando la correcta ejecución de workflows.

• Gestión y elaboración de documentación técnica, procedimientos, checklists y evidencias para auditoría.

• Soporte básico en troubleshooting de sistemas Windows y Linux (servicios, red y conectividad).

Responsabilidades

• Operar y dar soporte sobre entornos Azure: virtual machines, networking básico, storage y control de accesos mediante RBAC.

• Leer, ejecutar y validar automatizaciones existentes en Terraform y Ansible, siguiendo guías y estándares definidos.

• Trabajar en entornos con altos requisitos de seguridad, control de accesos y auditoría, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos.

• Colaborar con distintos equipos técnicos y no técnicos, comunicando el estado, riesgos y bloqueos con claridad y datos.

• Detectar dependencias, problemas de permisos o conectividad y escalarlos de forma proactiva y documentada.

• Utilizar herramientas de reporting como Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence o SharePoint para el seguimiento y la trazabilidad.

• Conocimientos base de Azure (IaaS: VM, networking, storage, RBAC).

• Familiaridad con CI/CD y repositorios GitHub y/o Azure DevOps.

• Conocimiento operativo de Windows y Linux a nivel básico-medio.

• Experiencia o exposición a automatización con Ansible y otros frameworks.

• Experiencia en entornos regulados o con alta exigencia en seguridad y auditoría.

• Competencias de orden, rigor, orientación a la calidad y buena comunicación.

• Valorable certificaciones Azure: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400 u otras equivalentes.
