What you'll do

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients, managing incidents related to the implementation and operation of hybrid Cloud environments, prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in Cloud environments, using effective troubleshooting techniques to quickly restore services.
  • Escalate incidents to higher levels when necessary, ensuring clear and fluid communication between the teams involved.
  • Apply updates and patches to Linux and Wintel systems and applications, ensuring service continuity and infrastructure security.
  • Participate in technical review meetings, war rooms, and planning of upgrades, contributing ideas for process improvement and Cloud environment optimization.
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and client experience. Knowledge of AIOps and NoOps (extreme operations automation) will be positively valued.
  • Maintain configurations of Cloud services, Landing Zones, and manage IaC (i.e., CloudFormation, Terraform).
  • Develop and maintain complete documentation for operation processes and CI/CD configurations (pipelines).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for Cloud infrastructure maintenance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents and provide support outside normal business hours when necessary.
  • Participate in the preparation of performance reports and post-incident analyses, contributing to the creation of preventive strategies. Proactivity is a must.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in technical support and operations in Cloud environments (preferably AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of on-premises environments and proficiency with Linux/Windows terminals will be positively valued.
  • Experience in operating basic and advanced services, preferably on AWS (knowledge of Azure or GCP will be positively valued). Native IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes-based solutions (EKS, AKS) will be positively valued.
  • Creation of automation scripts in Python and Bash.
  • Experience with Ansible will be valued, including inventories, roles, and task creation.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining pipelines (Rundeck, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of the code lifecycle (managing Git repositories).
  • Experience with Terraform and integration with different clouds, especially AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of networking on AWS (preferred) and Azure or GCP is desirable. Management of DNS records and zones.
  • It is desirable to hold any of the following certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, GCP Certified: Associate Cloud Engineer, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation, Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS), ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.

  • Advanced English level.
