Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Consultant, Product Owner, or in equivalent functional analysis roles.
University degree.
High level of Spanish.
High level of Catalan.
Intermediate level of English.

Nice to have

Experience in Product Ownership roles.
Experience in digital transformation projects.
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Experience applying Design Thinking.
Experience in managing complex digital products.
Product Owner or Product Management certifications.

We are looking for a professional who knows firsthand how the healthcare sector operates and who wants to transfer that experience to strategic transformation and evolution projects for health information systems.

It is not necessary for your career to have developed exclusively in consulting. We are looking for people capable of understanding the needs of healthcare professionals and organizations, analyzing them from a functional perspective, and collaborating with technology teams to turn them into digital solutions. Therefore, we are also particularly interested in profiles that have developed their professional career in hospitals, regional health services, public health agencies, or other organizations in the healthcare field, participating in initiatives related to care processes, information systems, or digital transformation.

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with experience in digital transformation projects within the healthcare sector to participate in a strategic information systems evolution project. The position is based in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Analyze business needs and healthcare sector processes, translating functional requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Design functional solutions for the evolution and implementation of information systems, ensuring traceability between business needs, requirements, and developed functionalities.
Manage and prioritize the functional roadmap and backlog, coordinating dependencies and deliverables with technology teams and providers.
Functionally validate developed solutions through the review of acceptance criteria, functional testing, and incident tracking until resolution.
Lead the functional analysis of identified needs together with the various business, clinical, and technological stakeholders.
Define and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog, and functional documentation associated with the product.
Coordinate the functional evolution of information systems and monitor deliveries with the involved technology teams and providers.
Participate in the definition and evolution of the roadmap, as well as in the functional validation of the delivered solutions.
