We are looking for a Delivery Lead SAP QM with experience in implementation, roll-out, transformation, and evolution projects of SAP solutions in national and international environments. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of SAP programs related to Quality Management, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring execution quality, and acting as the primary interlocutor for clients and key stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to work on strategic digital transformation initiatives on SAP S/4HANA, driving the definition and optimization of quality processes aligned with the most demanding regulatory and operational standards.

• Lead SAP QM programs and projects, guaranteeing compliance with scope, quality, budget, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate functional, technical, and change management teams during all phases of the project lifecycle: analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Define the implementation and evolution strategy for quality management processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
• Manage relationships with business and technology stakeholders, providing strategic advice and facilitating decision-making within the program.
• Lead the definition of SAP QM solutions integrated with other SAP modules such as PP, MM, EWM, PM, and SD.
• Establish the program governance model, managing risks, dependencies, planning, budget, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate international and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the correct execution of functional and technical activities.
• Supervise the quality of deliverables, the testing strategy, and the adoption of SAP best practices and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, digital transformation, and quality process optimization within complex organizations.
• Participate in business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and the definition of SAP transformation roadmaps for strategic clients.

The position is based in Spain (preferably Madrid/Barcelona) in a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office, where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
